We send out rewards on a monthly basis. Expect your first digital reward within a month of your first donation and physical rewards within two to three months.

I didn’t receive Director’s Notes / pre-sale codes / bonus episodes / other e-mail!

We use the contact information provided to us by PayPal for all of our member communications. If you don't have access to the email address associated with your PayPal account, or you don't use that email account, we would suggest that you change your PayPal email address to one that you do frequently check.

Sometimes, emails get lost in the system. If you haven't received a digital reward that you believe you were supposed to receive, please email us at with the subject "Membership Question."

I didn't receive my physical reward!

Please allow two to three months after your first donation for t-shirts and posters to arrive. Handwritten letters may take longer, depending on the schedules of the writers. If you were supposed to receive a physical reward and it is now past the above timetable, please email us at with the subject "Membership Question."

I want to increase, decrease, or cancel my monthly membership!

Your best bet for making any change to the dollar amount of your membership is to cancel your membership through PayPal and restart it on our donation page at the new amount. Follow these instructions to cancel your existing membership. If you increase your monthly donation, we will send you new rewards you haven't yet received.

I want to give a membership as a gift!

Our system makes it difficult to transfer a membership to another person. If you'd like us to send a physical reward to another person, please put their address in the form above.  For help with digital rewards, please contact us at with the subject "Membership Question."
