We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to revamp the membership program, with one main goal: Get our members their rewards faster. As part of that, we’re streamlining our record keeping and the way we collect information from members.

Here’s your mission, should you choose to accept it: Fill out the form below with your current information.

We want every current member – whether you’ve been with us for years or days, to fill out this form, even if you’ve already received physical rewards in the past. Why? Because we have some new digital rewards coming, and we want to send them to you. And if you just signed up in the last few months, guess what? We’re sending your rewards out early.

If we’ve contacted you about your physical rewards, but you never received them, please fill out this form and leave us a note. We’re sorry about the delay – a big part of this revamp is making sure that doesn’t happen in the future.
